Cedar Hallows Coffee Table

Cedar Hollows was created by combining incredible colors and materials into a single pieces.  Starting out with eastern red cedar that was harvested in Georgia after the tree sustained damage this piece was born.  By combining the gorgeous red tones with black resin this coffee table was beginning to take shape.  To take the blend of colors one step further a touch of reddish purple pigment was added to the black resin.  Just enough was added so that when the light hits it just right you can see a slight shimmer which enhances to vibrant colors even more.
